Discussion and possible action regarding a Specific Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the City of Del City and Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 603, Title 11, O.S. § 36 for reconstruction, repair, and/or improvements of South Bryant Avenue from SE 29th Street to SE 44th Street, within the municipal boundaries of the City of Del City. Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, Municipality shall reimburse the County for all material, surveys, and subcontractors in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars and Thirty-Eight Cents ($133,557.38). This agreement covers half of the project and a separate Agreement with the City of Oklahoma City will cover the other half. This Agreement shall become effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2024. Approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
