Discussion and possible action regarding service agreement between SRB and BOCC where the design work at the Jail Detention Center HVAC was approved on 11/15/23 with encumbered funds from ARPA Fund 1415(PO#22402758). On 9/25/23 the Infrastructure Committee approved the use of 2010 Capital ‘As Needed’ Funds. This item is to correct the encumbrance for this contract in the amount of $70,000.00 from Capital Fund 2010, contingent upon approval of line item by Budget Board and encumbrance of funds. This item is requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management.
