Discussion and possible action with respect to a Resolution approving the indebtedness to be issued by the Oklahoma Industries Authority (the “Authority”) issuing its revenue bonds or notes, in one or more series, on a taxable or tax exempt basis (the “Obligations”); approving the incurrence of indebtedness by the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority issuing its Lease Purchase Agreement, as amended; providing that the organizational document creating the Authority is subject to the provisions of the Indenture, as supplemented and amended, authorizing the issuance of said obligations; waiving competitive bidding with respect to the sale of said obligations and approving the proceedings of the Authority pertaining to the sale of said obligations; and containing other provisions relating thereto.
