1. Workers' Compensation Plan renewal for July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Risk Manager Lindy Hough recommends approval of the renewal.
2. Resolution approving the June 28, 2018 Weighted Voting Amendment to agreement creating the 9-1-1 Association of Central Oklahoma Governments.
3. Approve the purchase of the real property at 1842 Westminster Place in the amount of $510,000, along with ordinary and customary closing cost and expenses, and authorizing the Mayor, the City Manager, or his designee to execute all documents necessary to complete the transaction, including but not limited to the Purchase and Sale Agreement and Lease.
