- Change Order No. 3 for FC-2402 City Hall Roof Replacement project with Central Weatherproofing in the amount of $245.00.<br><br>BACKGROUND: The change order increases the contract to $201,015.00. The original contract was $193,000.00.
- A resolution awarding contract to the lowest responsible bidder for PC-2502 6700 Block of Trenton Road, 7100 Block of Waverly Avenue, and 1800 Block of Windsor Place Paving Project, and authorizing execution of the contract, bonds, and related instruments; or alternatively, reject all bids.
- Request from Public Works Director Randy Lawrence to purchase four booster pumps and rebuild a booster pump, not to exceed $108,856.92. To be paid out of 2023 GO Bonds.
