Discussion, consideration and possible action of approving the purchase of 2813 Parklawn Drive in Midwest City (a/k/a the North 65 feet of lot 4, Parklawn Addition to Midwest City) for the amount of three hundred and fifteen thousand dollars ($315,000.00), plus any closing costs and delegating to the City Manager the authority to execute all necessary documents to make the purchase effective.
