2. Discussion, consideration, and possible action of awarding the bid to and approving a contract with Hardesty Team in the amount of $280,848.00 to provide all necessary services to remove and replace existing acoustical ceiling, ductwork, HVAC units, and patch existing roof at the Midwest City Water Treatment Plant located at 10701 Water Plant Road and authorizing the General Manager to execute the contract. 3. Public hearing with discussion, consideration and vote on a resolution of the Midwest City Municipal Authority approving its budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 in the amount of $60,727,041 and establishing budget amendment and budget supplement authority. (Finance - T Cromar)
