2. Discussion, consideration, and possible action of approving a contract with Crouch Recreation for purchase and installation of playground equipment in the Plaza 62 park, in an amount not to exceed $595,214.50. (V. Sullivan – Assistant City Manager) (Ward 4)

Discussion, consideration, and possible action of the following agreement with Capitol Decisions, Inc. in the total amount of $120,000 to continue to provide consultant services regarding economic, community development and redevelopment interests in Midwest City for the period from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. 4. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to reallocate assets, change fund managers or make changes in the Statement of Investment Policy, Guidelines and Objectives.
