Discussion, consideration, and possible action of approving; 1) Modification Number 01 to Grant Agreement 40-01256.1 between the Oklahoma Department of Tourism and Recreation and the City of Midwest City for Phase II Improvements to Mid America Park; and 2) authorization of the Mayor and City Manager to enter into the necessary contracts/documents to implement said agreement.
