Consider approving an Ordinance pertaining to businesses by amending Section 7-12-1-1213, Division, 7-12-1, Article 7-12, Chapter 1, Lawton City Code, 2015; by adding language that if a no soliciting sign is located on a property that it is unlawful for a door-to-door vendor to attempt to solicit at that property, providing for severability, and establishing an effective date.
