Consider approving an ordinance pertaining to streets and sidewalks relating to authorized work on streets by city utilities, contractors-requirements-notice, amending Sections 20-1-102, Article 20-1, Chapter 20, Lawton City Code, 2015 by requiring any pre-planned work on city streets to provide greater notice to affected residents and entities, changing responsibility to the city Public Works Department, providing for severability and declaring an effective date.
