Consider approving an ordinance pertaining to offenses and crimes by amending Section 16-3-1-321, and creating Section 16-3-1-325, Division 16-3-1, Article 16-3, Chapter 16, Lawton City Code, 2015; by adding the size difference between littering and dumping, creating a code that prohibits illegal dumping and sets the fines and punishments for illegal dumping at $750.00 or 60 days in jail for the first offense and $750.00 and 60 days in jail for each offense thereafter, providing for severability, providing for codification, and establishing an effective date.
