Consider authorizing the Chairman to sign three annual certifications, one of which contains the end of year reporting numbers from the prior fiscal year (FY 23-24) that will be used to help determine the allocation amount from the state public transit revolving fund for fiscal year 2025, along with two other required annual state certifications.
