Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-____, which authorizes the filing of a grant application under Section 5339 of the Federal Transit Administration to capture the appropriated funds for Federal Fiscal Year 2021 that will be used for the design and/or construction of the downtown transfer center and associated operations and maintenance facility, and authorize the Chairman and Secretary to execute the documentation.
