Discuss the possible drafting and implementation of an anti-camping ordinance within the city limits in the light of the recent United States Supreme Court decision in 23-175 City of Grants Pass, Oregon v. Johnson et al. Direct the City Manager and/or the City Attorney to draft an ordinance for Council’s consideration or alternatively refer this matter to the Homeless Action Committee for further discussion and deliberation.
