Consider approving a five-year lease agreement with the Lawton Boat Club, Inc. allowing for the continued establishment of a boating club with related activities upon certain lands adjacent to the waters of Lake Lawtonka with said lease agreement to expire June 30th, 2029 and direct the Chairman and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
