Consider approving an Ordinance pertaining to Streets and Sidewalks by amending Sections 20-5-502 through 20-5-507, Article 20-5, Chapter 20, Lawton City Code, 2015; by changing Community Services Director to Planning Director, changing City Engineer to Public Utilities Director, changing the requirement for permission from the adjacent property owners to the applicant shall notify all property owners within 150 feet of the proposed small cell wireless facility and provide proof to the Planning Director at time of application, providing for severability, establishing an effective date and allowing for floor amendments.
