Consider approving an Ordinance pertaining to Building, Construction and Housing, by amending Section 6-7-1-704, Division 6-7-1, Article 6-7, Chapter 6, Lawton City Code, 2015, by amending the duties of the Building Development Appeals Board to include variances to construction of boathouses and appeals for contractors that have been removed from emergency and/or photographic inspection process, providing for severability, establishing an effective date and allowing for floor amendments.
