Consider approving an ordinance pertaining to buildings, construction and housing, by creating Sections 6-1-1-107.3 and 6-1-1-107.4, Division 6-1-1, Article 6-1, Chapter 6, Lawton City Code, 2015, by adding language for contractors to call in emergency and photographic inspections, establishing a fee for said inspections, providing for severability, providing for codification, establishing an effective date and allowing for floor amendments.
