Consider approving an ordinance pertaining to buildings, construction and housing by amending Section 6-1-1-113, Division 6-1-1, Article 6-1, Chapter 6, Lawton City Code, 2015, by removing the permit types of multi-family dwellings and institutional/assembly permit types, adding language to allow for a fee to be charged to the applicants that utilize the third party plan review, providing for severability, establishing an effective date and allowing for floor amendments.
