Consider approving a concessionaire lease agreement between the Sunken Bridge Yacht Club, the Lawton Water Authority, and the City of Lawton with said lease to provide for incremental price increases over the life of the agreement, and to provide notice of the city’s intention to absorb the campground into the School House Slough campground area upon the expiration of the lease on December 31, 2027.
