Due to the upcoming expiration of the Ralph’s Resort lease and concession agreement between the Lawton Water Authority, Steve and Sandra Perry, and the City of Lawton, consider directing staff to initiate a “Request for Proposals” for the management and operation of the Ralph’s Resort concessionaire area located at Lake Ellsworth.
