Consider adopting the recommendation of the City Council Fee Committee regarding the extension of the Sunken Bridge Yacht Club campground lease through December 31st, 2027 and direct staff to modify the existing lease to provide for an incremental price increase beginning at $2500 for 2025, $4000 for 2026, and $6000 for 2027 and include language clarifying that it is the City’s intention to absorb the campground into the School House Slough campground area upon the expiration of the lease extension on December 31, 2027.
