Consider and take action in approving a resolution to accept the Oklahoma Water Resources Board ARPA Grant in the amount of $2,000,000.00 and authorize the Chairman and Secretary to execute the funding agreement for the grant. These Grant funds are designated for the construction of a dewatering facility at the Southeast Water Treatment Plant.
