Consider amending the FFY 2021-2025 COL Consolidated Plan by transferring Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Income from Account 2604515 to Account 2604512-52090 to be utilized in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for approved CDBG Projects and following all CDBG rules and regulations.
