Consider approving a Law Enforcement Services Mutual Aid Agreement between the City of Lawton and the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 8, Comanche County, Oklahoma, also known as Lawton Public Schools, granting authority to Lawton Public Schools officers to enforce municipal criminal and traffic ordinances on school property and on specific streets, highways, roads, alleys, easements and other public ways immediately adjacent to school property. This Mutual Aid Agreement repeals and replaces all prior Mutual Aid Agreements between Lawton Public Schools Police Department and Lawton Police Department.
