Consider approving an Ordinance pertaining to Nuisances and Health by amending Section 15-2-206, Article 15-2, Chapter 15, Lawton City Code, 2015, by specifying the different types of appeals that can occur and adding language that states the hearing officer will send notice in writing within 10 days of the appeal hearing, providing for severability, establishing an effective date and allowing for floor amendments.
