Consider approving a resolution amending Appendix A, Chapter A-22, Article A-22-1, Schedule Fees and Charges, Lawton City Code, 2015, by adding a late fee for past due landfill bills, charge account deposits, dishonored checks and stating that unpaid landfill bills may be turned over to a collection service; and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the resolution.
