Consider approving a Project Funding Agreement with Marie Detty Youth and Family Service Center Gang Program, subject to Marie Detty also approving the agreement, and once the agreement is approved by both parties, allocate to Marie Detty Youth and Family Service Center Gang Program an amount up to $100,000.00 from the PROPEL CIP in accordance with the intent of Resolution 23-75, Section C.5 to provide funding for youth programs, as recommended by the Youth and Family Affairs Committee.
