Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the City Attorney to settle the two (2) pending tort claims from the Lawton Family YMCA, said settlement to be in the total amount of $100,000.00, and authorizing the City Attorney to prepare and file said resolution and all appropriate settlement documents for the Court’s approval.
