Consider approving an Ordinance amending Section 22-2-1-202, Article 22-2-1, Division 22-2, Chapter 22, Utilities, Lawton City Code, 2015; by clarifying the language that every building and structure meant for human occupancy for more than one hour during the normal course of business or an existing residential dwelling, shall be connected to the public water and shall have an active water account, providing for severability, establishing an effective date and allowing for floor amendments.
