2. Consideration and appropriate action relating to Ordinance No. 1661, an Ordinance of the City of Jenks, Oklahoma (the “City”) approving and adopting an Amendment to the Jenks River Entertainment District Economic Development Project Plan, to clarify the legal boundaries of Increment District No. 6; providing for severability; declaring an emergency; and containing other provisions related thereto.
