- Agreement with Tulsa County for design and construction for water line relocation on 91<sup id="isPasted">st</sup> Street between US Highway 75 and S. Elwood Avenue; setting terms of agreement; and authorize $35,000.00 for design services and $400,000.00 for construction; funding for same has been included in the Oklahoma Water Resources Board FAP loan document (FAP-271).
- Approve an Agreement with the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA) for construction and maintenance of guardrail along the north side of the Creek turnpike west of US Highway 75 and south of the Southern Reserve subdivision; setting terms of agreement; and authorize $45,000.00 for construction to be invoiced by OTA upon completion; funding for same is included in the FY24-25 Budget (Line Item 30-521-5393 Capital Outlay - Street Maintenance – Guardrails).
