Approve agreement with Tulsa County to authorize the County to perform any and all activities relating to widening and roadway/intersection improvement projects for E. 91<sup id="isPasted">st</sup> Street (US Highway 75 to Elwood Avenue) and E. 121<sup>st</sup> Street (US Highway 75 to Elwood Avenue); setting terms of agreement; funding for same in whole or in part is provided to Tulsa County through Vision Tulsa or Vision 2025. Approve award mowing, weedeating and flower bed and landscaping maintenance services for the period of April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025, to:<ul><li> Abundant Life Lawn Services in an amount of $34,180 (Account No. 50-522- 5250), and $14,700 (Account No. 50-523-5250, and $9,360 (Account No. 90-919-5250), and $34,940 (Account No. 10-561-5250), and $9,360 (Account No 10-245-5248).MowTown Outdoors in an amount of $16,605 (Account No. 50-522-5250), $12,935 (Account No. 50-523-5250), $19,418 (Account No. 10-561-5250), and $2,730 (Account No. 90-919-5250).Hazelwood’s Lawn Service in the amount of $7,840 (Account No. 50-522-5250) and $6,150 (Account 10-561-5250), and $245 (Account No. 50-523-5250)Healthy Lawn and Tree Service in the amount of $2,140 (Account No. 50-522-5250) Funding for the same is included in the FY24-25 Budget.
  4. Potential Executive Session for the purpose of conferring on matters pertaining to economic development, including the transfer of property or the creation of a proposal to entice a business to locate within the City of Jenks where public disclosure of the matter discussed would interfere with the development of products or services or would violate the confidentiality of the business. 25 O.S. §307(C)(11) (Simon Outlet Mall outparcel).
