Note in the minutes that the City Manager has approved Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $19,470.00 resulting in a revised contract total amount of $9,136,757.68 with Paragon Contractors, LLC to add removable marking tape and pavement marking removal; funding for this additional cost is included in the 2020 G.O. Bond funds (Account No. 27-840-5393) (Elm Street Widening Project, 111th St to 121st St).
2. Potential Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the potential purchase of real property located generally near the intersection of Riverfront Dr. and Aquarium Pl. (25 O.S. §307(B)(3))

4. Notice of withdrawn application: JZ 25 PUD 116.MA1, a request for a Major Amendment to PUD 116 to reduce minimum livability space in Frazier Meadows II at the General Location of 131st and Harvard, has been withdrawn by the applicant.
