- Consideration and appropriate action relating to Resolution No. 874, a Resolution authorizing the Jenks Economic Development Authority (the “Authority”) to assist the City of Jenks, Oklahoma (the “City”) in carrying out and administering the Jenks River District Economic Development Project Plan adopted by the City; approving and authorizing the execution of an Economic Development Agreement by and among the Authority, the City, and Raw Pickle, LLC; approving and authorizing the execution of a Security Agreement by and between the Authority and the City pertaining to certain tax increment revenues; approving the use of assistance in development financing; and containing other provisions relating thereto.
- Approve purchase of upfitting a Fire Department brush truck in the amount $90,000 and Resolution 876, a Supplemental Appropriation in the same amount for the purchase in account 14-411-5396 (City - Fire Suppression Capital Fund - Motor Vehicles). Approval of this item is contingent on approval of JPWA Resolution 2025-11. [Sims]
- Approve Resolution 873, a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $24,760 for the purchase of Automated External Defibrillators in account 10-311-5242 (General Fund - Uniformed Patrol - Materials and Supplies). [Sims]
- Approve a proposal for professional auditing services from Hinkle & Company for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2025, for the City of Jenks and its related entities for an estimated amount of $30,000, with an additional $5,500 if a single audit is required. [Sims]
