- Ordinance 1674, an Ordinance amending Chapter 13, Article 1, Section 36 of the City of Jenks Code of Ordinances "Removal of Dilapidated Buildings" by amending Section 13-1-36 to align with Oklahoma Statute 11 O.S. § 22-112 as amended; amending section "13-1-6 (C)" to add time for filing an appeal; amending section "13-1-36 (E)" to change "Court" Clerk to "City" Clerk and to otherwise align with State Law; amending section 13-1-36(F)(4) replacing "36 months" with "6 months"; providing for severability; repealing all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith; and declaring an emergency.
