- Approve of a revised reimbursement agreement with Oklahoma Natural Gas Company for relocation of existing natural gas pipeline infrastructure to comply with federal Buy America Build America requirements as part of utility relocation on the Elwood Avenue (111th Street to Main Street), Project Number STP-272C(058)IG, State Job Number 30160, EC-1442 in a reduced amount of $266,116.60 for the City portion of funding; funding for the same was included in Resolution No. 850.
- Note in the meeting minutes that the City Manager has approved Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $22,817.20 and Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $24,997.12 for the Jenks Fire Department New Central Station Project submitted by VOY Construction, LLC (Tulsa, Oklahoma) for additions and deductions of the items; resulting in a new contract amount of $4,719,007.19; and extension of the contract time by one hundred and twenty-one (121) days; funding for these changes are included in Account 14-411-5392 (Fire Suppression Capital Fund – Fire Suppression - Building & Improvements).
