- Ordinance 1681, an Ordinance amending Chapter 7 of the City of Jenks Code of Ordinances “Article 2 Purchases and Sales of Supplies, Materials, Equipment; amending Section 7-2-6 to change the definition of surplus property, to provide who may declare property surplus, and provide an alternative method for selling specialized personal property; amending Section 7-2-7(a)(3) to repeal Council’s ability to waive Competitive Bidding and to add new language that surplus property may be sold pursuant to an agreement approved by Council that provides for due consideration; providing for severability; repealing all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith; and declaring an emergency.
