- Note in the minutes ODEQ Permit No. WL000072260545 for the construction of 513 linear feet of six (6) inch PVC potable water line and all appurtenances to serve South County Crossing Lots 1 & 2, Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
- Approve Certification of cost in the amount of $864.70 for Code Enforcement Abatement on property owned by Wisco Investments LP at 13610 S 21st Ct, and authorize the City Clerk to demand payment within thirty (30) days after notice to the property owner, and authorizing the filing of a lien with the Tulsa County Treasurer's office in the event of failure to pay the same.
- Approve Certification of cost in the amount of $820.83 for Code Enforcement Abatement on property owned by LYG Holdings LLC at 1222 W "C" St, and authorize the City Clerk to demand payment within thirty (30) days after notice to the property owner, and authorizing the filing of a lien with the Tulsa County Treasurer's office in the event of failure to pay the same.
- Consideration and appropriate action relating to a request for approval of the Consent Agenda. (All matters listed under “Consent” are considered by the City Council to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Councilor may, however, remove an item from the Consent Agenda by request. A motion to adopt the Consent Agenda is non-debatable.)
