- Approve Certification of costs for the following amounts at the following locations for Code Enforcement Abatements, and authorize the City Clerk to demand payment within thirty (30) days after notice to the property owner, and authorizing the filing of a lien with the Tulsa County Treasurer's office in the event of failure to pay the same:<ul><li>Bara Land Company LLC - 2130 E 138th St S - $669.50</li><li>Structucrete LLC - 9340 S Elwood Ave - $750</li><li>Structucrete LLC - 6402 S Elwood Ave - $750</li></ul>
- Consideration and appropriate action relating to a request for approval of the Consent Agenda. (All matters listed under “Consent” are considered by the City Council to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Councilor may, however, remove an item from the Consent Agenda by request. A motion to adopt the Consent Agenda is non-debatable.)
