1. Discussion and possible action to approve, amend, or deny the contract for the City of Glenpool Pavement Rehabilitation Project, Project No. 2025-14003, and to authorize the City Manager to execute project documents and change orders as permitted by law.
2. To approve the FY 2024-2025 Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification Report required by the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Department of the Treasury.
3. To approve Resolution 2025014, a resolution authorizing the City Manager to finalize and execute a Lease Purchase Agreement for equipment with RCB Bank.
4. To approve the proposed change to the City of Glenpool’s jail operations, specifically converting the current 10-day lockup facility to a 12-hour holding facility.
5. To approve Budget Amendment CITY-04 for budget rollovers from FY 2024-2025 to FY 2025-2026.
