1. Discussion and possible action to enter into Executive Session for the purposes of conferring on matters pertaining to economic development, including the transfer of property, financing, or the creation of a proposal to entice a business to remain or to locate within the City of Glenpool because public disclosure of the matter discussed would interfere with the development of products or services and would violate the confidentiality of such business, pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307.C.11 of the Open Meeting Act;.
2. Discussion and possible action to approve, amend, or deny Ordinance #840, an ordinance creating a new section of the City Code of the City of Glenpool, Oklahoma, to be codified as Section 4-3C-1 through 4-3C-4 of Article C of Chapter 3 of Title 4 of the City Code prohibiting smoking and the use of tobacco products and vapor products on City property, providing definitions; providing for signage, enforcement, penalties, severability, repealer, and an effective date.
3. Presentation and discussion of the Glenpool Housing Market Assessment conducted by Catalyst Commercial.
