1. To approve Resolution No. 2026010, a resolution authorizing the City of Glenpool and the Glenpool Utility Services Authority to renew that certain security agreement by and between the City of Glenpool and the Glenpool Utility Services Authority with respect to the issuance of the Glenpool Utility Services Authority Utility System Revenue Bonds, Taxable Refunding Series 2019, dated as of September 1, 2019.
2. To approve the purchase of six Ford Explorers and emergency equipment, approval of the sales quotes received from Bob Moore Ford, Dana Safety Inc., White Glove Auto, Haris Radios, Dell Tech., and Kustom Radar for the purchase of 6 Ford Police Interceptor vehicles and equipment as described for a total purchase price of $486,131.00.
3. Discussion and possible action to approve, amend, or deny a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for participation in the 287(g) Task Force Model Program.
4. Discussion and possible action to enter into Executive Session for the purposes of conferring on matters pertaining to economic development, including the transfer of property, financing, or the creation of a proposal to entice a business to remain or to locate within the City of Glenpool because public disclosure of the matter discussed would interfere with the development of products or services and would violate the confidentiality of such business, pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307.C.11 of the Open Meeting Act.
