Discussion and possible action to approve, amend, or deny proposed Ordinance No. 841 AN ORDINANCE CREATING A NEW CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF GLENPOOL, OKLAHOMA, TO BE CODIFIED AS SECTION 8-4-1 THROUGH 8-4-8 OF CHAPTER 4 OF THE CITY CODE EXCAVATION PERMITS; PROVIDING FOR DEFINITIONS, GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES, PERMIT REQUIREMENTS, EMERGENCY EXCAVATIONS, FEES, CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS, RESTORATION, ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES, REPEALER, SEVERABILITY, AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
5. Discussion and possible action to approve, amend, or deny Deeds of Dedication from 60 Acre Elwood Ave LLC associated with GLS No. 274 and GLS No. 275.
