Less and Except a strip piece or parcel of land lying in part of Lot 5 in Block 31 of the original Townsite of Durant, Bryan County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Lot 5; thence 19°10'20"E along the West line of said Lot 5 a distance of 38.00 feet to a point on the present South right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 70; thence Northeasterly along said right-of-way line on a curve to the left having a cord bearing of North 84°54'18"E and having a radius of 1960.10 feet an arc distance of 16.45 feet; thence S19°10'20"W 44.76 feet to point on the South line of said Lot 5; thence N70°49'40"W along said South line a distance of 15.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
