- 3. Discussion and possible action regarding - Accept the report in regards o the operation of the MCC Program by the MCC Administration Corporation during the calendar year 2025.
- 4. Discussion and possible action regarding - Approve payment of $618,456.25 for the CCHLA Single Family Revenue Bonds 2024A interest for 2025. The payment will be paid by the trustee bank out of the program revenues.
- 5. Discussion and possible action regarding - Approve the Amended Notice of Meetings for the Cleveland County Home Loan Authority for the calendar year 2026.
