- 2. Discussion and possible action on a status report from Classen Family Medicine, presented by Emergency Manager George Mauldin. Report Highlights presented by Emergency Manager George Mauldin. Encounter Volume: Total encounters for July dipped slightly to 192 (down about 30 from the previous month, which was expected). August numbers are not yet available. On-Site Clinic: The on-site clinic accounted for 48 encounters, showing significant and positive growth. Cost Savings: The transition to the new $82.50 per encounter billing rate is actively yielding substantial cost savings. Blood Draw Program: The program is seeing exceptionally high demand. The first two weeks filled up instantly, and bookings are currently being extended to cover at least four solid weeks to accommodate everyone.
