Discussion and possible action regarding - Resolution approving the extension of the Origination Period and Certificate Purchase Period and related dates related to the Non-Targeted Area Account of the Program Fund set forth in the Trust Indenture dated as of December 1, 2025 (the “Indenture”), between the Cleveland County Home Loan Authority and BOKF, National Association, as trustee related to the $25,000,000 Cleveland County Home Loan Authority Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds Series 2025A (Non-AMT); authorizing the officers of the Cleveland County Home Loan Authority to execute and deliver to BOKF, National Association, as trustee Notice of Extension and all other related documents; authorizing and approving the receipt and transfer of funds the Authority as necessary and from the Cleveland County Industrial Authority together in the total amount of not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000) for use in the extension of such Program; authorizing the Chair of the Authority to make final determination of the final amount of such transfers based upon the final determinations of the financing team engaged for the Program; and the taking of other action related thereto in order to complete the extension contemplated.
