Discussion and possible action regarding - Resolution establishing and declaring the official intent of the Cleveland County Educational Facilities Authority to reimburse the funds of Le Monde Facilities LLC on behalf of Le Monde International Public Charter of Norman Inc. for certain capital expenditures, if applicable, for capital improvements to the Le Monde International Public Charter of Norman Inc., out of a portion of bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness, proposed to be issued by the Cleveland County Educational Facilities Authority on behalf of Le Monde Facilities LLC for the purposes of acquiring, constructing, renovating, repairing, remodeling and equipping of infrastructure in support of the Le Monde International Public Charter of Norman Inc.
